The Academy Arcana Bellum was formed as a guild to protect lawful mages, and to lend magical aid to worthy countries. The Academy is also a watchdog organization, hunting down those who violate the Academy's rules regarding the use of magic.
The Academy Arcana Bellum seeks supreme understanding of the magical arts. They wish all mages, druids, and clerics to one day proudly claim to have received their training from the Academy and that such students will abide by the guiding precepts the Academy gives for all spell casters.
The Academy is a neutral organization. The headmaster, Kendric Flamehands, however, has been known to harbor ill will towards Mardur, and has previously denounced both Legion and Bitter Peak for their invasions of Langerhausen.
Since the Arcane Disquieting, little to nothing has been heard of the academy.

The academy tower is built deep in the forests of The Explorers Guild. On the map, it's at 0904.
