Kendall is an Apostle of Hades, and currently roams the land, performing duties important to the Cult of Hades.

Kendall grew up in a poor family in Bitter Peak, barely scraping by, despite Kendall's strength. When the Twisting Lord, Lucian, came looking to hire guards for the country during the Lords of Bitter Peak adventure, Kendall jumped at the opportunity. It was there that he became friends withUulmshar, a power-hungry ranger. After the adventure, Uulmshar left to be a scout for the army, and Kendall stayed on as a guard, earning enough money for his family, now.
Slowly gaining rank, Uulmshar returned one day with dark circles under his eyes, but looking happier than ever before. He told Kendall about Hades and the afterlife, and about the atrocities that leak out into our world, converting Kendall to follow Hades, of whom Uulmshar was an Cult of Hades/Apostle.
One day, Bitter Peak came under attack, and the guard was called out to defend its shores. They were more in number, but, being in the first charge, Kendall did not survive the battle. In the underworld, Hades came to Kendall, and the two made a deal; Hades gifted Kendall with power over life and death, and Kendall would henceforth endeavor to guide souls to their proper place in the underworld. Kendall awoke as an Apostle of Hades, and now wanders the world, casting down the undead and silencing dark wizards.

Kendall usually fights with sword and shield, but can hold his own as a florentine fighter, too.
