Notes and Questions: stuff about editing the wiki

Rasheab (talk) 15:10, 27 November 2012 (PST) - I hate writing on "talk" or user pages about random questions, because they are rarely seen. So I'm giving this a try.

Lets try organizing this with 3rd and 4th level heading titles

=== Title of subject ===
==== title of subject ===

respectively. We can use strike-outs through the subject header when we're done with it.

<strike>  Strike out  </strike>

is the code, and

~~~~
tildas add your signature. Fyi in case you didn't know.
Category: Ranks and Titles, vs Country Leaders
I would like to tag OC country leaders so that they are easier to find on the wiki (I realize you can click on the country normally, but one list would be nice to have at times). "Category: Ranks & Titles" says it's only for nobles and knights, but do you have a problem with: A) a "Category:Country Leader" B) that showing up in "Category: Ranks and Titles" (since they are, ranks)
Sounds fine to me. One more thing to update though. Arminius (talk) 16:04, 27 November 2012 (PST)
K. I'll get around to it sooner or later (I'm not sure how to make templates, but doesn't look hard.) Rasheab (talk)
I was lazy and just used Category:Country Leaders. ~ Rasheab
"Category: Creatures" vs. "Category: Encounter Creatures"
Does there really need to be a difference?
Organizations --> Government
Should "organizations" have a "government" line in their template? (It currently has "leaders," but unlike "Countries" doesn't have a "government/governance/leadership tyle" line.) Needed?
I left it out because it seemed less relevant. The terminology was also a little off. We can add it back in if desired, I just wanted to share my reasoning. Arminius (talk) 05:03, 7 December 2012 (PST)
Template Problem?
{{#if: Example|Example}}
Hex 1205, 2610, 2509, 1803, 1609, 3709
Terrain {{{TERRAIN}}}
Country N/A
When you use Template:Location a "terrain" entry shows, but there doesn't appear to be a way to fill it in.
