Emperor of Dargarth

From his far off throne in the Radiant City of Grace and Beauty, the Emperor, so Holy is His Name it is neither spoken nor written, rules the many kingdoms of Dargarth with a just and benevolent hand.

The Emperor enjoys a flutter and has been known to bet on Skullbowl matches. He is rarely seen. ~ Count Andor
