Knights are esteemed figures who have bettered the realm of Dargarth with their deeds and services. A Knighthood does not make someone a Noble, but it is still a title worth of respect and acclaim.
A listing of all Dargarth's knights may be found here.
In Game
Knights are renowned figures who have provided a great deed or service, thus resulting in their knighthood. They often serve a military function, though administrative deeds or other service has been known to result in a knighthood. Knights should be addressed as "Sir" for men or "Dame" for women.
Out of Game
The Noble Council recognizes player characters as knights. Players do not have to petition the council to gain a knighthood. An NPC may be a titled as a knight, provided they do not become of Player Character later.
Knights have helped the club, either through a significant act, or continued positive service.
Knights are entitled to a minor bonus. They may either join the Paladin class, or pick up two minor abilities. More information can be found in the rulebook.
